Where do we even begin?!

Wedding planning can be ~stressful~. Even for my super planning brides there is a ton to keep up with, and that ever present feeling of what am I forgetting about?!

Well, let me help you out! Below is a checklist of the big rocks in wedding planning.

I created this check list for my brides so that they can cross off things and feel more in control of their big day. Do you have to do all of these? Nope. Can you add to this list? Totally!

I added some DIY touches to my wedding that I worked on a few months out, and changed the timing on the officiant and marriage counseling. We also took out a seating chart as we did a buffet style dinner.

If you're one of my super organized brides I recommend grabbing a wedding planning binder (mine was a God send). I used this one for $20! It not only gives you a timeline, but helpful hints like who pays for what, etiquette rules, and style guides/inspo pages.

One More Hint

If you're booking your photography with me I'd love to help you plan! Let me know what you've gotten done and I'll check for gaps or things you may have missed. I shoot weddings all the time, so I know the ins and outs of what needs to get done.

I'd also recommend at least a day of planner, if not a full wedding planner. You don't want to be the one who has to make things happen on your wedding day. Find you a guy or gal who helps make the plan and then executes on your big day so you can enjoy being the bride instead of the coordinator!
